We ask all customers to embrace a smart/casual dress code (no shorts, flip flops, hoodies, tracksuits/trainers please). We retain the right to refuse entry so please respect our wishes and other diners by dressing accordingly.

We have ample free parking on site, however on busy occasions we will have a parking attendant to direct you to additional parking, found across the road in the village hall car park.

If you live locally we may be able provide a drop-off chauffeur service.

In order to offer the very best dining experience for our guests we have a a strict young diner policy. We allow children all ages Monday – Saturday lunch and Sunday all day, children aged 11 or over are permitted Monday – Thursday evenings and those aged 16 or over are permitted on Friday and Saturday evenings.

Sunday is family day and all ages are welcome. Please note that we do not have facilities for babies and toddlers and do not allow pushchairs in the restaurant. Thank you for your cooperation.

We may call you to confirm your reservation, this is done to protect your booking and our business.

We understand that plans can change. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Standard Bookings:

• More than 48 hours before the booking: A full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

• Between 24 and 48 hours before the booking: No cash refund will be provided. The amount paid will be issued as a credit that can be used toward a future booking. Credits are non-transferable and must be used within the specified validity period.

• Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service: Non-refundable. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Special Events & Peak Dates:

Bookings made for special events or peak dates, including but not limited to, are non-refundable:

• Christmas

• Mother’s Day / Father's Day

• New Year’s Eve / New Year’s Day

• Valentine’s Day

No-Shows

Failure to attend the booking without prior notice will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

General Terms

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing or through the original booking channel.

• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe according to the payment provider.

• We reserve the right to make exceptions at our sole discretion in cases of emergency.
